(For 'Research Collaboration Activity', the participants are required to team up with other participants on the first day of the conference, based on mutual discussions during the first day of the conference, for discussing prospective research work together. The organizing team will not arrange for the research collaboration partner for this activity.)

Instructions for Conference Delegates:

Devices provided by the organizers:

  • Presentation Laptop with MS-Office and Adobe Reader
  • Presentation and Laser Stick
  • Projector and Screen with Audio Support

Delegates should bring their presentations in CD/ Memory Stick/ Storage Devices as MS PowerPoint presentation/ PDF file and upload them on the Presentation Laptop provided by the organizer in advance.

Delegates presenting by posters should bring a printed poster. The poster should be big enough to be easily readable by the viewers.

Each presenter will get a maximum of 15 minutes for presentation, which includes set-up time and 2-3 minutes of Q & A session.

🎓 AGRC STUDENT SHCOLARSHIP PROGRAM

At AGRC - Academix Globe for Researchers Convene, we are committed to empowering the next generation of researchers and academics. To support young scholars in their research journey, AGRC offers two (2) scholarship seats in each of its conferences exclusively for deserving undergraduate, postgraduate, or PhD students.



WHAT THE SCHOLARSHIP COVERS

APPLICATION PROCESS

  • Send an email requesting consideration for a scholarship

    • Flight/Train and Hotel Booking Confirmation (to confirm your commitment to attend)

Step 3: Review & Shortlisting

  • Our academic committee will evaluate the submissions based on:

Step 4: Notification & Confirmation

  • Selected students will be notified via email
