(For 'Research Collaboration Activity', the participants are required to team up with other participants on the first day of the conference, based on mutual discussions during the first day of the conference, for discussing prospective research work together. The organizing team will not arrange for the research collaboration partner for this activity.)

Instructions for Conference Delegates:

Devices provided by the organizers:

  • Presentation Laptop with MS-Office and Adobe Reader
  • Presentation and Laser Stick
  • Projector and Screen with Audio Support

Delegates should bring their presentations in CD/ Memory Stick/ Storage Devices as MS PowerPoint presentation/ PDF file and upload them on the Presentation Laptop provided by the organizer in advance.

Delegates presenting by posters should bring a printed poster. The poster should be big enough to be easily readable by the viewers.

Each presenter will get a maximum of 15 minutes for presentation, which includes set-up time and 2-3 minutes of Q & A session.

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

 

Once you receive an invoice and invitation letter, the registration process begins. You have to complete the following steps.

  • Submit Registration Fee as per Invoice
  • Email Payment Evidence: Send a copy of your registration payment evidence (bank wire transfer copy/ card payment receipt) to the conference secretariat (contact@agrconvene.com)

  • Papers must be original, unpublished, and adhere to academic integrity standards
  • Authors may submit abstracts or full papers via the online submission portal or by email
  • All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review by our expert panel.
  • Accepted papers will be scheduled for oral or virtual presentation and considered for publication in the conference proceedings or associated journals

🎓 AGRC STUDENT SHCOLARSHIP PROGRAM

At AGRC - Academix Globe for Researchers Convene, we are committed to empowering the next generation of researchers and academics. To support young scholars in their research journey, AGRC offers two (2) scholarship seats in each of its conferences exclusively for deserving undergraduate, postgraduate, or PhD students.


WHAT THE SCHOLARSHIP COVERS

  • 100% waiver of the registration fee
  • Full access to all conference sessions
  • Eligibility for paper presentation and publication
  • Certificate of presentation/participation
  • Opportunity to network with senior researchers, faculty, and experts

WHO CAN APPLY

  • Students currently enrolled in UG, PG, MPhil, or PhD programs
  • Must be the first/primary author of the submitted research paper
  • Should demonstrate academic merit, relevance of research, and commitment to scholarly work

APPLICATION PROCESS

Step 1: Submit Your Paper

  • Submit your abstract or full paper to contact@agrconvene.com
  • Mention "Scholarship Request - [Your Name]" in the subject line

Step 2: Send a Formal Request

  • Send an email requesting consideration for a scholarship
  • Attach the following documents:
    • Valid Student ID Card with clearly mentioned validity
    • Photograph (passport size)
    • Copy of your Research Paper/Abstract
    • Flight/Train and Hotel Booking Confirmation (to confirm your commitment to attend)

Step 3: Review & Shortlisting

  • Our academic committee will evaluate the submissions based on:
    • Originality and relevance of the research
    • Clarity of objectives and methodology
    • Overall academic merit and contribution to the field

Step 4: Notification & Confirmation

  • Selected students will be notified via email
  • Once selected, you must confirm your participation immediately by submitting travel and accommodation details (if not submitted earlier)
